Our Policies

Deposit Policy: 100% of the first night's stay is due at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy: Please give 48 hours notice for any cancellations or early departures. If you do so, 90% of your deposit will be returned. Less than 48 hours notice and your deposit is forfeited.

No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.

Check-In: Check-in begins 3:00 PM

Check-Out: Check-out ends 11:00 AM. If your scheduled departure doesn't coincide with this checkout time, please call the front desk and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Pet Policy: Pets are always welcome at the Oregon Trail Inn. Please reserve the appropriate room type, for safety and convenience. Fees for damage only.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is restricted to certain rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $100.00 per night cleaning fee.

Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
