Our Policies

Office & Check-in Hours 8 am to 10 pm

Age Policy:  Guests must be 21+ years old or have an adult over 21 staying in the room with them.

Deposit Policy:  100% of the full stay will be authorized approximately 48 hours before check-in on the credit card used at booking to secure your room, unless other arrangements are made with Oregon Trail Inn ahead of time.  Credit Cards are charged at check-out.

Cash Pay:  Room charge plus $200 deposit is due at the time of check-in and is good for up to a two-night stay.  Cash deposits on longer stays may be more.  A credit card may be put on file in lieu of a cash deposit. 

Checkout: Checkout is at 11:00 AM.  Late checkouts must be pre-approved.  Guest checking out after the checkout time without prior authorization will be charged the daily rate for that day.

Pets: A $10 pet fee per night per pet will be added to your reservation.  Pets must never be left on the property unattended.  Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets around the Inn and neighborhood. Additional cleaning fee may apply for not picking up after your pet.  Guests are responsible for any damage a pet may do.  

Smoking/Vaping Policy: Smoking or Vaping is not permitted in any room or any indoor areas. Smoking in a room or indoor area will result in a $100.00 per night cleaning fee.

Damages/Missing Items: Guest will be held responsible for missing items and/or any damages done to the room, linens or property, including but not limited to additional cleaning fees resulting from miss conduct, children and/or pets. DO NOT DYE HAIR IN THE ROOMS. You will be held responsible for all costs if we need to replace any fixtures, tubs or sinks due to dye stains.

Cancellation Policy/Early Departure: Guests that made reservations by calling, walking in or on the oregontrailinn.com website must give 24-hour notice to shorten their stay or cancel any nights. Guests that book online other than on oregontrailinn.com website must contact the company (booking.com, expedia.com, hotels.com, etc..) they booked with to cancel nights if they plan to leave early, 24-hour notice is still required. Waiving any cancellation fee is at the discretion of the Oregon Trail Inn.  Late cancellation or no show will result in guest being charged for the equivalent of a one night stay including taxes. 

Guest agrees to checkout and leave the property on the agreed day of departure or make prior arrangements to stay additional night(s) with the front desk.
Oregon Trail Inn reserves the right for stays over three nights (72 hours) that rooms will be inspected every two days (48 hours) to be cleaned and restocked.

QUIET TIME: 10pm to 8am Sunday – Thursday and 11pm to 9am Friday and Saturday. We ask that you respect other guests by keeping down the noise between these hours. Failure to do so after one warning could result in you being asked to leave the property without a refund for any portion of the reservation.

KEYS NOT RETURNED: There is a $25 fee to change the locks for keys that are not returned.

The Oregon Trail Inn will not be held responsible for any guest valuables left in rooms or cars.

Taxes:  6% sales tax and 2% Hospitality tax is added to room rate at time of booking.  Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice.
